Who we are and how to contact us

WP by Netzdo is the brand under which Netzdo provides WordPress and WooCommerce technical services. Netzdo, located in Houston, Texas, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hola@netzdo.com.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email address, inquiry type, message, and website URL if you choose to provide it. We also store the page and market from which the inquiry was sent, and campaign parameters associated with the visit, including UTM values and Google click identifiers when present.

The web server and WordPress may also create technical access logs, such as IP address, request time, and browser information. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the inquiry form.

How we use the information

We use the information to respond to your inquiry, assess the requested work, prepare a proposal, follow up, and keep a record of inquiries. Campaign parameters and Google Analytics help us understand how the site is used and which ads or channels generate inquiries.

Each inquiry is stored as a private WordPress record and a notification is emailed to our team. Only authorized staff can access these records.

Cookies, Google Analytics, and browser storage

We use Google Analytics 4, a Google LLC service installed through the Site Kit plugin, to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) and collects information such as pages visited, time and interactions on those pages, the referring site, device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

When a form submission is confirmed, the site records a conversion event in Google Analytics with an internal inquiry identifier, the market, and the service. That event does not include your name, email address, or message.

You can prevent this measurement by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Google handles this data under its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

The site also uses session storage in your browser to keep campaign parameters during a visit and local storage to remember your MX or US market preference. WordPress may use technical cookies for site administrators. We do not currently use advertising tools; if we enable them, we will update this policy first.

Sharing and service providers

Web hosting and email providers process information on our behalf so we can operate the site and receive inquiries, and Google LLC processes analytics data as our Google Analytics provider. They may only use it for those purposes.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use Google Analytics data for advertising. We may disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information for 2 years after our last contact with you. If an inquiry becomes a client engagement, we keep the information for the length of that engagement and as long as legal obligations require. After that, we delete it.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information associated with your inquiry, or ask us to stop using campaign and analytics information about you. Email hola@netzdo.com from the address you used in your inquiry, or include enough detail for us to verify your request.

We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will let you know why.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.

Effective date: October 2026.
